Butterfly Walk

Meet at the car park at the corner of Warden Hill Road and Links Way
A close look at the butterflies of chalk downland. Learn to identify these beautiful and important insects and discover some of the secrets of their complex lifecycles and habitat requirements. Suitable for all ages, this walk will cover no more than 4 miles. The walk will involve steep hills and rough terrain but pace will be gentle with lots of stops to look at wildlife. To give us the best chance of seeing the butterflies close up please do not bring dogs on this walk.
